What You'll Do:

· End-to-End HR System Development: Take ownership of building the company's human resources system from the ground up, covering all functional areas including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, and training & development.

· Talent Acquisition & Staffing: Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth plans. Source and secure mid-senior level talent for critical functions such as management, marketing, and technical roles, ensuring the rapid formation and readiness of the team.

· Localized Compliance & Operations: Lead efforts to ensure all company HR policies and practices maintain 100% compliance with local Israeli labor laws and regulations. Professionally manage the entire employee lifecycle process, including onboarding, contracts, social security, and offboarding, effectively mitigating employment-related risks.

· Compensation & Benefits Framework Design: Contribute to the design of a competitive, localized compensation structure, performance incentive schemes, and benefits packages to enhance talent attraction and retention.

· Employee Relations & Culture Building: Foster positive employee relations. Organize employee engagement activities. Promote cross-cultural integration and help cultivate a positive, inclusive, and cohesive start-up culture.

· Strategic Business Partnership: Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, providing professional HR solutions and support for team development, talent management, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

What You'll Need:

· Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

· Experience: Approximately 5 years of comprehensive HR management experience. Prior experience building an HR function from scratch within an Israeli start-up, multinational corporation, or the automotive/technology industry is highly advantageous.

Knowledge & Skills:

· In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Israeli labor law, social security, and relevant tax regulations.

· Strong proficiency across all HR functional areas, including recruitment, compensation, and performance management.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving ability, and high self-motivation.

· Languages: Fluency in Hebrew and English is mandatory (English is the primary working language; Hebrew is required for local legal documents and employee communication).

· Other: Deep understanding of the characteristics of the Israeli labor market and local business culture. Possess strong cross-cultural communication sensitivity. Ability to thrive in the fast-paced, multi-tasking environment of a start-up.

Annual Gross Salary:
