Group Controller

A leading multi‑company group is seeking a Group Controller.

This is a unique opportunity to lead the finance domain in a stable and well‑established organization, in a key role that directly influences strategic decision‑making.

Role Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for all accounting and financial operations across the group.
• Managing and reviewing monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS or local GAAP.
• Leading the annual and multi‑year budgeting process, analyzing performance, and initiating improvement and efficiency actions.
• Oversight of internal controls, regulatory compliance, and statutory reporting.
• Ongoing work with external auditors.
• Providing continuous financial support to senior management and partnering in business processes.
• Preparing financial presentations and reports for management and the board of directors.

Requirements

• CPA license or relevant academic degree – mandatory.
• Experience as a Company / Group Controller in an organization with over 100 employees – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or local accounting standards.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems – advantage for Priority (or SAP, Hashavshevet, etc.).
• Proven experience managing a professional team.
• High accuracy under pressure, strong task prioritization and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple internal stakeholders.
