The Role
We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Customer Success Team Lead to guide our account management department. You will be responsible for mentoring a team of managers, defining best practices, and ensuring the collective success of our global client base. This is a hybrid role that combines high-level strategy with hands-on team leadership and senior-level account oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Define and implement workflows and strategies to improve client retention and lifetime value.
- Oversee the health of the entire account portfolio, stepping in to support high-priority or complex client situations.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align team goals with the companys broader commercial strategy.
- Analyze team performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence within the team.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a leadership or team-lead role within a Customer Success or Sales department.
- Industry Background: 4+ years of professional experience in the AdTech or Digital Marketing ecosystem.
- Strategy: Proven track record of managing large-scale accounts and delivering measurable growth.
- Communication: Flawless English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Technical Aptitude: Deep understanding of mobile advertising metrics, tracking technologies, and BI tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong emotional intelligence, coaching abilities, and problem-solving skills.
