Data Analyst

One of our clients, a growing data-driven technology company, is looking to hire a Data Analyst to join its expanding research team.

The company develops advanced predictive technologies based on statistical modeling, proprietary algorithms, and real-time data processing. Since its establishment in 2009, it has been transforming complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and performance optimization. The organization is privately held and consists of a highly skilled team of data scientists, developers, and domain experts working closely together in a research-oriented environment.

About the Role

As part of the company’s continued growth, the Senior Data Analyst will join the Research Department in a newly created position. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the evolution of analytical methodologies, research frameworks, and insight-generation processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Work hands-on with large and evolving datasets to identify patterns, validate hypotheses, and uncover meaningful signals.
• Collaborate closely with the research team to design, refine, and scale analytical and research methodologies.
• Take part in shaping how research questions are defined, explored, and translated into actionable insights.
• Build, test, and iterate advanced analytical frameworks and logic flows to detect key events and behavioral patterns.
• Lead exploratory, recurring, and ad hoc analyses — from raw data investigation to clear, insight-driven conclusions.
• Continuously challenge assumptions, improve data quality, and explore new tools, techniques, and data sources.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear narratives that support strategic and research-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong SQL skills (SQL Server).
• Programming experience in Python or R.
• Solid knowledge in statistics.
• Analytical mindset with strong ownership and accountability.

Nice to Have

• Background or interest in financial modeling, quantitative analysis, or algorithmic environments.
