Join a growing company with offices in Ashkelon! We’re looking for a hands-on IT professional to support users, troubleshoot systems, and keep our tech running smoothly.
What you’ll do:
- Provide on-site support to end-users – troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Act as the go-to IT contact for employees
- Work with Microsoft 365, servers, and IT infrastructure
- Maintain workstations, printers, and peripherals
- Deliver fast, friendly, professional service
Requirements:
- Previous IT Support / Help Desk experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, servers, and networking
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Independent, proactive, and service-oriented
