Data analyst &Model Developer

We are seeking for a Model Developer & Data analyst for a leading financial institution to join their Risk Management department.

Employment Type: Direct hire by the client from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Complex Analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis of business processes, derive actionable insights, and formulate recommendations for optimization.

Monitoring & Control: Oversee the implementation of predictive and decision-making models by designing and generating comprehensive performance reports.

Model Development: Develop and implement predictive and decision models using quantitative research methods and advanced data extraction.

Testing & QA: Design and execute testing frameworks for decision-making logic and manage troubleshooting/issue resolution accordingly.

Documentation: Maintain rigorous documentation for all models (predictive and decision) and manage version control/change logs.

Professional Requirements

Education: Academic degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, or similar).

SQL Proficiency: At least 3 years of hands-on experience writing complex SQL queries

Predictive Analytics: Proven experience and technical understanding in developing and implementing predictive models and analytics.

Process Analysis: Practical experience in analyzing complex processes with a high level of thoroughness and attention to detail.

Visual Analytics: Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau.

Soft Skills: Assertiveness, strong self-motivation, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and interfaces.

Languages: Proficiency in Hebrew and English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
