What You’ll Actually Do

🔹 Lead and coordinate customer service and technical support projects end-to-end

🔹 Serve as the primary global POC for key customers

🔹 Investigate and manage field events with technical and operational teams

🔹 Navigate logistics, supply chain, and ILS considerations

🔹 Build long-term customer partnerships based on trust and performance

🔹 Keep multiple moving parts aligned — without dropping any

Who You Are

You’re comfortable in complexity.

You don’t wait for instructions — you create clarity.

✔ Background in electronics (technician/engineering diploma – advantage)

✔ Experience with UAV systems (major advantage) or manned aircraft

✔ Proven project management experience (logistics / supply chain / ILS)

✔ Strong communicator who can confidently engage with C-Level stakeholders

✔ Excellent MS Office skills — yes, including real Excel skills

✔ High-level English (spoken and written)

✔ French – a strong advantage
