Data Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to lead analytical processes, develop reporting frameworks, and support organizational stakeholders with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform analysis across selected topics using organizational data sources.
• Define, build, and maintain dashboards and reports for ongoing operational monitoring.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for measurement and analytics tools across the organization.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to generate insights related to service quality and user experience.
• Analyze customer inquiries across all service channels, including call centers, face‑to‑face interactions, and digital platforms.
• Develop actionable recommendations based on analytical findings.
• Prepare periodic summaries and visually oriented presentations for senior leadership.
• Maintain continuous communication with regional user‑experience leads and provide data‑based support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of practical experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong proficiency with advanced data and analytics tools.
• Power BI – hands‑on experience (beyond academic coursework).
• SQL – hands‑on experience (beyond academic coursework).
• Previous experience working within an organizational environment – mandatory.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder‑facing communication skills.
• Service‑oriented, communicative, approachable, and pleasant in interpersonal interactions.
