Implementation CSM

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation CSM with a strong background in finance and accounting to join our team. In this role, you will partner with our top tier customers to help them achieve maximum value from our data-driven solution. Your expertise finance and analytics acumen will enable you to act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the onboarding process, solving technical challenges, and ensuring they achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Onboarding & Enablement: Lead new customers through onboarding, ensuring a seamless integration of our analytics solutions into their workflows. Guide them in utilizing the product to achieve financial and operational success.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their financial objectives and helping align our solutions to drive value.
• Data and insights: Use your accounting skills to help customers extract revenue insights from their data.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Serve as the go-to technical resource for resolving customer issues related to data, analytics tools, and integration with financial systems.
• Feature Request Backlog: Own and manage the backlog of customer feature requests. Work closely with the product and engineering teams to prioritize, scope, and deliver enhancements based on customer feedback.
• Proactive Account Management: Monitor customer health, usage, and engagement metrics to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks. Create success plans that drive adoption, retention, and account expansion.
• Product Advocacy & Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer, capturing feedback on product performance and communicating insights to product management for continuous improvement.
  
  

Requirements

3+ years experience in a finance, accounting, or technical account management role, preferably in SaaS or Accounting firms.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in analyzing data using tools like Tableau, Excel, Power BI, or Python.
• Strong understanding of ERP, accounting principles, and data integration.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools.
  
  

Problem-Solving Abilities

Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical and financial data issues.

Communication Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
