Data Analyst

Role Overview-

• Founding Analyst: Joining as the organization's first and sole Data Analyst, taking full ownership and professional leadership of the data domain.
• Process Optimization: Analyzing production data to optimize manufacturing processes and drive performance efficiency.
• Visualization & Insights: Designing and maintaining high-impact dashboards to provide actionable insights for senior leadership and engineering teams.
• Root Cause Analysis: Identifying trends and anomalies to lead data-driven investigations into complex hardware-software bottlenecks.
• Technical Strategy: Partnering with Engineering and Operations to establish the analytical foundation for a next-generation AI product.

Requirements-

• Extensive professional experience with Data Visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) – Mandatory.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and strong programming skills in Python or R – Mandatory.
• Strong analytical and statistical background, capable of managing complex, high-dimensional datasets – Mandatory.
• Proven ability to act as a Technical Lead, working independently in an early-stage, fast-paced environment – Mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in English – Mandatory.
• Experience in the hardware, semiconductor, or industrial-tech sectors – Significant Advantage.
