Comblack is hiring a Technical Help Desk Support Specialist for a large and stable organization in Jerusalem!

The role includes providing advanced technical support, handling user incidents, and resolving complex end-to-end IT issues within the organization’s support center.

What are we looking for?

At least 3 years of experience in a Help Desk / telephone support center.

Experience supporting Windows operating systems, Office applications, networking, and internet environments.

Hands-on experience with Active Directory (AD).

Proven experience handling complex and ongoing IT issues.

Knowledge and understanding of communication networks.
