Project & Donor Relations Manager

We are looking for someone who feels deeply connected to the rehabilitation processes required following the events of October 7. Someone who understands and enjoys planning and leading collaborations and partnerships between the business and social sectors. Someone with familiarity and experience in the world of philanthropy and social impact, who knows how to plan and lead projects and campaigns.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the resource development strategy of “Atufim B’Ahava” by raising donations and securing partners through campaigns and crowdfunding, engaging companies and individuals in Israel and abroad
• Manage donor and corporate investor relations – identify, develop, and maintain relationships with business partners and private donors to raise funds for the organization’s activities
• Manage media and communications campaigns for crowdfunding
• Lead fundraising projects and events
• Write and edit proposals, appeals, letters, and marketing materials

Requirements:

• Experience in project management – including writing, planning, execution, analysis, research, and project closure
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across various platforms in Israel and abroad
• Strong familiarity with communications, public relations, and digital media
• Experience working with CRM systems for donor relationship management
• Experience and ability to identify, recruit, and manage external project managers and consultants specializing in fundraising events in Israel and abroad
• 2–3 years of experience working with philanthropic entities, including writing proposals and reports – an advantage
• Ability to work independently, with strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Native-level Hebrew and English

The role reports directly to the organization’s CEO.

The position includes working with consultants and project managers in Israel and abroad, and collaborating with the organization’s Director of Foundation & Federation Relations.

Full-time, hybrid position. Start date: Immediate.
