Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to achieve and exceed fundraising targets.
Identify, establish, and cultivate relationships with prospective donors and foundations.
Write grant applications and funding proposals to a professional standard, primarily for international funders, while aligning proposals with the organizations goals and donors requirements.
Maintain ongoing relationships with donors, host donors and donor delegations, and cultivate and maintain long-term relationships, including personalized stewardship and hospitality.
Plan and execute fundraising events to generate revenue and strengthen donor engagement.
Manage the donor database and monitor fundraising activities, donor communications, and donations.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager and oversee the creation of fundraising materials, including donation appeals, newsletters

Requirements:
3-5 years of proven experience in nonprofit fundraising, including grant writing - required.
Native-level English - required. High-level Hebrew.
Familiarity with American culture - a significant advantage.
Knowledge of the nonprofit sector, philanthropic foundations, and government funding sources.
In-depth understanding of nonprofit operations and financial management.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data and metrics for decision-making and evaluation of success.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively convey the organizations messages.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize.
