We train hundreds of thousands of young Israelis heading out into the world to act as a force of ambassadors, creating millions of perception-changing encounters with their peers abroad. The Grants Manager joins our Resource Development team, powering the fundraising engine behind this mission.

About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Grants Manager who can turn our impact into compelling, funder-ready stories. This is a writing-driven role at the heart of our fundraising operation, where precision, speed, and excellent English are what separate a grant won from a deadline missed.

* CRM & Grant Data Management

* Impact Data Compilation

What You'll Do

* Draft grant proposals, letters of intent, and funder applications that meet each funder's requirements and deadlines

* Write periodic and final donor/funder reports, translating our programs into donor-ready narrative and data

* Support the CEO's and organization's donor correspondence, including materials for fundraising trips

* Prepare newsletters, updates, and donor stewardship materials

* Track submission deadlines and maintain accurate, up-to-date donor and grant records in our CRM

* Gather impact data for donor reports, proposals, and the organization's annual impact report

Requirements

* Excellent English writing and editing skills

* Previous experience in grant writing, fundraising, or resource development

* High attention to detail and accuracy

* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work quickly under pressure

* Experience with CRM systems

* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams

* Advantage: Hebrew proficiency, familiarity with Canva, experience with international institutional funders
