The Role
As a Program Manager, you will take full operational ownership of multiple technology training programs. This is a multi-faceted position that requires coordination across internal teams, industry experts, and technology companies to ensure high-quality delivery and successful student outcomes.
Location: Primarily Reichman University / Herzliya Pituach (with some travel across Israel).

Type: Full-time.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of concurrent training programs from onboarding to completion.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central point of contact for students, NGOs, industry leaders, and academic partners.
Student Success: Support students through their training and initial career steps, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction.
Event Planning: Organize and manage various online, onsite, and hybrid activities and events.
Data & Reporting: Maintain program data and updates using Excel and CRM systems (Salesforce).

Who You Are
Experienced: You have a proven track record in program operations or coordination, preferably in education or professional development.
Organized: You are process-driven, highly organized, and possess a "can-do" approach to multitasking in fast-paced environments.
Communicator: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Tech-Savvy: You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must!).
Collaborative: You are a service-oriented team player with strong leadership skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
Bonus: A background in nursing, social work, or human-centered fields is a significant advantage!
