Responsibilities:

• Employee and Manager Coaching, Consulting, and Development
• Leading and implementing organization-wide HR processes
• Strategic partnership with senior management and business units
• Working in a complex organizational environment with hundreds of employees and multiple interfaces
• Active involvement in organizational change, growth, and development processes

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor's degree – mandatory.
• 3-5 years of experience as an HRBP within a mid-sized to large organization- mandatory
• Proven experience in coaching and developing senior managers
• Proven experience in leading and implementing cross-organizational processes
• Experience working in a mid-to-large organization (hundreds of employees)
• Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration and systems thinking
• Experience as an HRBP in a technology company/division – an advantage
• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes – an advantage
