Product Data Manager

We are looking for a Data Product Manager to lead smart, data-driven products and solutions that create real value for customers, employees, and the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for data- and AI-driven products
• Translate business needs into measurable product requirements
• Lead discovery and design in collaboration with users and stakeholders
• Manage backlog, prioritize features, and ensure product quality (QA, rollout, adoption)
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, UX, and Data Science teams
• Define data layers, metrics, intelligent models (ML)
• Design and implement GenAI solutions (language models, chatbots, generative automation)
• Measure results, run experiments, and drive continuous improvement
• Define KPIs and translate insights into data-driven actions
• Lead cross-organizational processes and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, CS, IS, Economics, or Industrial Engineering & Management
• 3+ years in data or product roles (Data Product, BI Product, Analytics)
• Full proficiency in SQL and BI tools
• Experience leading data-driven products or processes in large organizations
• KPI definition, measurement, and business insights experience
• Familiarity with ML and GenAI – strong advantage
• Curiosity, initiative, and ability to inspire and mobilize people
