We are looking for a Data Product Manager to lead smart, data-driven products and solutions that create real value for customers, employees, and the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for data- and AI-driven products
- Translate business needs into measurable product requirements
- Lead discovery and design in collaboration with users and stakeholders
- Manage backlog, prioritize features, and ensure product quality (QA, rollout, adoption)
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data, UX, and Data Science teams
- Define data layers, metrics, intelligent models (ML)
- Design and implement GenAI solutions (language models, chatbots, generative automation)
- Measure results, run experiments, and drive continuous improvement
- Define KPIs and translate insights into data-driven actions
- Lead cross-organizational processes and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, CS, IS, Economics, or Industrial Engineering & Management
- 3+ years in data or product roles (Data Product, BI Product, Analytics)
- Full proficiency in SQL and BI tools
- Experience leading data-driven products or processes in large organizations
- KPI definition, measurement, and business insights experience
- Familiarity with ML and GenAI – strong advantage
- Curiosity, initiative, and ability to inspire and mobilize people
