If you’re service-oriented, solution-driven, and enjoy working in a dynamic IT environment – we’d love to meet you!
What will your day look like?
🔹 Provide technical support and service to internal users
🔹 Troubleshoot operating systems, network access, and permission-related issues
🔹 Deliver timely solutions and ongoing user assistance
🔹 Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, 08:00–17:00
Who is this role for?
✔ Relevant professional certification in IT
✔ At least 1 year of experience in a Help Desk role within a mid-sized organization or larger
✔ Knowledge and hands-on experience with operating systems, browsers, and email applications
✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
✔ Strong service orientation
✔ Creative thinker with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
