Junior Customer Success Manager

Wanted: Junior Customer Success Manager for an innovative CTV & AdTech company in Tel Aviv (full‑time on‑site).

The chosen candidate will support and manage customer relationships, oversee operational processes, and learn the CTV and digital advertising ecosystem from the ground up. This role is ideal for candidates at the beginning of their career — no prior experience required.

Job Responsibilities:

● Support existing customers and maintain high satisfaction

● Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Sales teams

● Perform basic data analysis and extract insights

● Monitor campaigns and troubleshoot issues in real time

● Learn the platform, product, and CTV ecosystem continuously

● Work within a professional team that will train and mentor you

Job Requirements:

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
