We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will take ownership of key client relationships, drive performance excellence, and play a critical role in revenue growth and long-term partnership success.
The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially minded, and highly analytical, with a strong ability to balance client satisfaction with business objectives. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, build trust quickly, and consistently turn insights into impactful action.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage strategic relationships with a portfolio of advertisers, publishers, and demand partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading onboarding, integrations, troubleshooting, and ongoing communication.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively optimize delivery to consistently meet or exceed KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Ad Operations, and Tech teams to align client needs with AppStock’s capabilities and solutions.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive expansion through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Provide regular performance insights, reporting, and strategic recommendations to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client objectives and translate them into actionable strategies that drive retention, satisfaction, and long-term success.
Recruitments:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services, in the AdTech or Mobile App industry.
- Solid understanding of in-app monetization and programmatic advertising landscape
- Experience working with SSPs and DSPs such as Magnite, Xandr, OpenX, Sharethrough, and with platforms such as ironSource, AppLovin, AdMob, or similar.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and experience working with performance dashboards.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple accounts and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- High-level English proficiency – both verbal and written – with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients and internal teams.
Nice to have
- B.A. in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Management experience (team leader/ownership).
- Experience working as a Campaign/Monetization Manager and/or a strong operational background in ad-tech/monetization.
- Sales experience
