Cover is a fast-growing insurtech startup that leverages AI to make insurance and pension accessible, transparent, and optimized - for individuals and businesses.

We׳re looking for a B2B Sales Lead to spearhead and grow our B2B vertical. In this role, you will take full ownership of B2B sales efforts and help shape how we go to market as we scale our B2B offering.

What you will do

Own the B2B vertical end to end, from strategy to execution.
Act as a senior individual contributor, driving deals from prospecting through negotiation and close.
Work closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and financial experts to refine and sharpen the value proposition.
Identify patterns, improve sales processes, and help turn early traction into a scalable engine.

Who we're looking for

At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales roles such as Account Executive or Business Development.
Prior experience as a BDR or in hands-on outbound roles is a strong advantage.
Experience in SaaS, fintech, insurtech, or selling into Finance or HR teams is a plus.
A strong closer with a practical mindset, high ownership, and the ability to lead without heavy structure.
