Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment and sourcing strategies.
• Proactively source, engage, and attract candidates through various channels, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and present recommendations to hiring teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market intelligence, and innovative recruitment practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as an in-house Technical Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Partner, or in a similar role within a tech company
• Proven hands-on sourcing experience.
• Experience in global recruiting across EMEA – advantage.
• Previous experience in a staffing agency – advantage.
• Strong understanding of the technology landscape and the ability to assess technical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
