CRM Systems Analyst

We are recruiting a CRM Systems Analyst for a leading financial organization located in central Israel. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large, complex environment and play a key role in shaping core business processes and customer-facing systems.

Role Responsibilities:

• Write detailed business and technical specification documents, including analysis of core processes, system integrations, and interfaces

• Translate complex problems into clear, professional solutions-from business requirements and development guidance through implementation, testing, and go-live

• Maintain and update documentation based on changing needs and project evolution

• Control and review planning documents to ensure accuracy and quality

• Deeply understand business requirements and identify gaps and improvement opportunities

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a CRM Systems Analyst / Business Analyst

• Strong experience writing business specifications and solid technological understanding

• Proven ability to lead end-to-end processes from requirements gathering to production deployment

• Good level of SQL

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics - a significant advantage
