Validation Manager

📣 We’re Hiring: Validation Manager

A leading pharmaceutical manufacturer is looking for a hands‑on Validation Manager for a central, practical role. This is an independent position that includes executing on‑site validations, writing documentation, supporting production, and professionally managing contractors and vendors.

What will you do

• ?Perform IQ, OQ, and PQ validations
• Validate production equipment, utilities, cleanrooms, and laboratory instruments
• Write protocols, reports, FMEA, and SOPs
• Support the production floor and troubleshoot issues
• Manage validation and calibration contractors
• Handle deviations, investigations, CAPA, and Change Control processes
• Participate in regulatory inspections (FDA and EMA)

What do you need

• BSc in Engineering or Life Sciences
• 5+ years of hands‑on validation experience in a GMP environment
• Proven experience in executing validation activities
• Excellent understanding of GMP and the full Validation Lifecycle
• Strong independence, responsibility, and initiative
• High‑level Hebrew and English
