We are looking for a Organizational Development (OD) Specialist to lead complex change initiatives, shape our organizational culture, and drive structural and process improvements across the company.

What you’ll do:

• Lead complex organizational change initiatives, including developing communication strategies and managing resistance to change.
• Conduct organizational diagnostics to identify needs, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and refine organizational structures, roles, and reporting lines aligned with the business strategy.
• Drive process optimization by analyzing and improving workflows, reporting relationships, and organizational layers.
• Shape and promote core organizational values, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.
• Create and implement strategies to increase employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Design, develop, and facilitate workshops and development programs for managers and employees.
• Partner closely with managers and employees, providing consultation and guidance throughout strategic OD and change projects.
• Manage multiple OD initiatives in parallel, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in one of the above fields – a significant advantage.
• 7+ years of proven experience in Organizational Development, Change Management, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex change processes in large and/or matrixed organizations.
• Proven track record in organizational design (structures, roles, reporting lines) and process optimization.
• Solid project management background, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
