What you’ll do:

• End-to-End Coordination: Manage complex, high-volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones.
• Candidate Experience: Be the face of the organization, delivering exceptional, candidate-focused service.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to streamline the onboarding process.
• Operational Excellence: Process offer letters, manage confidential data, and maintain accuracy in tracking systems.
• Strategic Collaboration: Identify bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and help enhance recruitment processes.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years in coordination, administration, or HR/Recruiting support.
• Exceptional English and Hebrew, both written and spoken.
• Strong multitasking and execution skills with extreme attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset with proactive ownership of tasks.
• Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, quick to adopt new systems.
• Team player with collaborative approach and positive attitude.
