Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Account Manager to manage global clients, drive performance, and be part of our fast-paced digital advertising environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, developing trusted relationships and serving as the lead point of contact.
- Contact clients for requests, tracking issues, billing reports, and any other needed information.
- Handle client requests, resolve issues, manage billing, and coordinate with Finance, AdOps, and advertisers for campaign setup, including IOs and credit applications.
- Track and report on KPIs, ensuring timely project delivery while leading client meetings to discuss objectives and performance.
- Reach revenue goals for the book of business through cross-sell/upsell within the fiscal year. Generate internal and external success KPIs for each client program; ensure the timely delivery of all projects and tasks to aid in the realization of targets and track achievement.
- Oversee internal and external meetings, manage tasks to align with goals, and collaborate with traffic supply teams to drive campaign traffic.
- Track all tasks and projects with a full understanding of goals and the ability to provide direction
- Interface with internal traffic supply teams in order to generate traffic on managed campaigns and identify and execute instant revenue opportunities, and work with Finance and production teams on client paperwork.
Job Requirements
- 2+years experience as an Account Manager / Client Success Manager in the ad tech industry.
- Native English speaker- MUST
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, programmatic buying, and ad operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Excel and experienced with CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
