As a GRSee Account Executive (AE), you will drive growth by securing new clients while cultivating existing relationships. Supported by our internal ecosystem of security experts, your focus will be on delivering consistent results and maintaining a strong commitment to our customers’ security posture.
The Account Executive Opportunity – Israel
The successful AE is a highly motivated, self-driven professional passionate about cybersecurity and helping organizations protect against evolving cyber threats. You will work closely with C-Suite decision-makers to create secure environments, managing the full client lifecycle from initial outreach to long-term partnership.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Outbound Activity: Research and identify key contacts, perform outbound outreach to generate interest, and set strategic meetings.
• Pipeline Generation: Develop a long-term approach for generating net new logos, including research and outbound engagement.
• Sales Cycle Management: Execute account strategies to qualify leads, uncover needs, and deliver predictable bookings.
• Targeting & Networking: Identify and engage appropriate leaders in prospect accounts, building a network of decision-makers.
• Deal Execution: Scope, negotiate, and close agreements to consistently meet growth targets and support territory expansion.
• Ecosystem Collaboration: Leverage the GRSee ecosystem to identify and unlock new opportunities.
• Value-Based Selling: Clearly articulate the value proposition of our services in a compelling, client-focused manner.
• Internal Partnerships: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client goals and project outcomes are achieved.
• Customer Success: Provide professional post-sale support, gather feedback, and communicate insights to internal teams for long-term loyalty.
• Conference & Event Representation: Represent GRSee at industry events to generate leads, network, and monitor market trends.
• CRM Hygiene & Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline stages, and contacts to ensure data integrity and reliable forecasting.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
• 1–2 years of success growing revenue for sophisticated, complex enterprise SaaS products.
• Ability to educate and create demand with C-Level decision-makers.
• Expertise navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven success in selling to the C-Suite and building partnerships with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Confident, self-driven, and collaborative mindset.
• Significant experience in partnership-based sales.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proactive, resilient, and capable of managing your territory like your own business.
• Agile Self-Learner: Curiosity and ability to rapidly self-educate on complex technical landscapes, emerging security trends, and sales methodologies.
