KPMG Israel is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join us.

What does the role include?

• Design, develop, and implement learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead the creation of training programs, workshops, and e-learning solutions to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze skill gaps to tailor learning initiatives for different business units.
• Manage the full lifecycle of training programs, including planning, budgeting, execution, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs using KPIs and feedback tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovative learning technologies to continuously improve offerings.
• Support leadership development programs and talent management initiatives.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field (Master’s degree – an advantage).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development or training management roles.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing learning strategies and programs.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms and modern training methodologies.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
