Role Description:
- End-to-End Leadership: Leading the development of FPGA components for embedded systems and advanced hardware infrastructures—from initial requirements and definition to full system integration.
- Architecture & Design: Defining system architecture, implementing logic design, and developing/utilizing simulation tools and testing procedures for FPGA components within processor environments.
- High-Speed Interfaces: Implementing advanced communication interfaces within FPGA environments, including high-speed memory interfaces.
Requirements:
- Education: B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering – Mandatory.
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience in developing boards that integrate processors, advanced FPGA components, interface components, and high-frequency working memory – Mandatory.
- HDL Proficiency: Strong expertise in VHDL – Mandatory.
- Vendor Experience: Hands-on experience with Xilinx/Altera (Intel) devices – Mandatory.
Advantages (Nice to Have):
- Leadership: Experience in managing development teams.
- Additional HDL: Proficiency in Verilog.
- Networking: Experience with Ethernet (ETH) protocols.
- System Design: Background in Embedded Systems and Board Design.
- Soft-Cores: Experience with soft-core CPUs such as NIOS or MicroBlaze.
- Tools: Mastery of simulation tools (ModelSim) and development suites (Vivado / Quartus).
- Communication Protocols: Familiarity with UART, SPI, and Ethernet.
- Coding & Analysis: Experience with Matlab / C.
