🚀 For Our Client, We’re Hiring: Recruitment Coordinator (Mass Recruitment)

📍 Location: Ramat Gan

🕐 Scope: Full-time

A global and stable company in the business services sector is looking for a high-performing Recruitment Coordinator with proven experience in mass recruitment, to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role with real impact, offering professional growth in a serious, well-established organization.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mass recruitment processes for technical service and operational roles
• Manage high hiring volumes while maintaining quality and timelines
• Work independently and proactively with internal stakeholders
• Support recruitment reporting, tracking, and employer branding activities

🔹 Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven experience in mass recruitment
• (e.g. production, logistics, cleaning, technical service roles)
• Good command of English – mandatory
• High level of independence, accountability, and process ownership
• Strong Excel skills – mandatory
• Canva proficiency – an advantage (for recruitment marketing / visuals)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
