Help Desk Technician

Technical Support Specialist for a Leading Organization in Airport City!

You will provide support and guidance to users across the company’s information systems and be responsible for maintaining personal computing equipment and peripherals.

Responsibilities include:

• Installing and maintaining computers, operating systems, drivers, and software, including managing imaging systems
• Installing and maintaining printers and related equipment
• Creating new users, managing permissions, and working with Active Directory
• Providing basic network support for vendors connected to company systems
• Documenting installations and system changes, and maintaining telephony equipment
• Managing the company’s IT equipment inventory, including onboarding, tracking, and employee sign-off

Requirements:

• Up to 3 years of experience in IT support (including military experience) or relevant background – required
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11
• Experience with Office 365, including OneDrive and Microsoft Teams
• General knowledge of PC hardware (desktops and laptops), including hardware and software installation – required
• Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN networking – required
• Experience with Active Directory Users and Computers and creating mailboxes in Exchange – required
• Experience with additional software such as Edge, SAP, and others – an advantage
• High service orientation, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under pressure and multitask
