We’re Hiring: Talent Acquisition Coordinator (9-Month Contract)

Are you highly organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience? We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 9-month contract to be the backbone of our recruiting process!

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones

• Ensure a seamless, professional, and candidate-focused experience

• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Payroll) to streamline the hiring journey

• Process offer letters, manage confidential data, and maintain accuracy in ATS and Google Sheets

• Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and help continuously improve our processes

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in coordination, admin, HR, or recruiting roles

• Exceptional English & Hebrew communication skills

• Strong organizational skills, ability to juggle multiple priorities, and high attention to detail

• Tech-savvy, quick to learn new tools, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Collaborative mindset with the courage to solve problems creatively
