Help Desk Specialist

📌 Role Description

• Provide internal phone-based IT support to company employees

• Manage and support Domain environments

• User permissions management in Active Directory & Exchange

• Troubleshoot Windows OS issues

• Handle network-related issues and end-user equipment

• Configure network drives and endpoint devices

• Support printers and scanners

• Troubleshoot and operate cloud-based email systems

• Occasional support in a nearby laptop lab (hardware backup when needed)

✅ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Help Desk Support / Network Administrator

(Military IT experience is a strong advantage – preference for recently discharged soldiers)

• Good knowledge of Windows environments

• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office

• Experience troubleshooting network and infrastructure issues

• Ability to work 9-hour shifts and handle a high volume of calls

• Strong service orientation and technical troubleshooting skills

🕒 Work Hours & Schedule

• Shift-based role – 9 hours per shift

• Support center operates 07:00–19:00

• Friday shift (08:00–13:00) – once a month, rotation

• Hybrid model: 2 work-from-home days (Monday & Wednesday) after training period
