Ben-Gurion University of the Negev is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator (Maternity Leave Replacement) to join our HR team.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment within a large, complex organization, with potential for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily work with the recruitment management system (ATS)
• CV screening and conducting phone interviews
• Writing professional, in-depth candidate evaluations
• Ongoing communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Job postings, sourcing, and candidate outreach across multiple channels
• Working with recruitment reports, data, and process tracking
• Administrative and operational support for recruitment processes

Requirements

• Academic degree – required
• Proven experience in recruitment and phone interviews – required
• Administrative / operational experience – required
• High level of accuracy, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong technological orientation and ability to work with systems
• Proactive, fast-paced, and detail-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Full-time availability (not a student position)
