We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our Swissôtel team in Tel Aviv-Yafo. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on managing HR functions to support a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, training programs, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to implement effective HR strategies, improve employee engagement, and ensure operational excellence.

• HR Management Skills: Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead HR initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
• Knowledge in Labor Laws and Compliance: Strong understanding of local labor regulations and compliance requirements.
• Communication Abilities: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships.
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Adept in resolving employee concerns and analyzing HR metrics to provide strategic insights.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus.
• Adaptability: Ability to navigate in a fast-paced hospitality environment with changing priorities.
• Experience in Hospitality: Previous work experience in the hospitality industry is an added advantage.
