About the position: R&D Lead - AI Video Generation Startup
Location: Central, Israel (Remote/Hybrid)
Employment type: Full-time or Part-Time
Start-up stage: Early-stage startup
What we're looking for? Technology leadership that will act as the technical backbone.
Responsibilities:
Lead technical strategy and architecture
Establish technical standards, best practices, and development processes
Collaborate with founders on product development
Drive innovation in AI-powered video generation Engineering
Technology:
Expert knowledge of machine learning, computer vision, and GANs
Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Strong programming skills, especially in Python
Understanding of video/audio processing and 3D modeling
