CRM Systems Analyst

abra SAP department is seeking for a CRM Systems Analyst.

We are looking for a skilled CRM Systems Analyst to analyze, design, and define business and system requirements for CRM solutions, with a strong focus on SAP CRM environments.

This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, close collaboration with implementation teams, and hands-on involvement in customer-facing projects.

A full-time, hybrid position, based in Ra’anana, Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and define functional and business requirements for SAP CRM systems.
• Work closely with SAP CRM implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead requirement-gathering and system design processes with internal stakeholders and customers
• Manage and support CRM-related projects in collaboration with customers, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Translate business processes into clear functional specifications, with strong attention to detail

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in systems analysis and requirements definition for CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle CRM)Experience in analyzing and defining business processes
• Experience with SAP CRM - advantage
• Familiarity with other CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle CRM
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
