About The Role
Sunbit is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team and take a leading role in building our teams in Israel.
This is a strategic, hands-on role for an experienced recruiter who can lead recruitment projects end-to-end, influence hiring decisions, and act as a true business partner to hiring managers.
You will be responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment for complex and high-impact roles, shaping recruitment strategies, and continuously improving our hiring processes in a fast-growing tech environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and complex roles across Sunbit’s teams in Israel
- Serve as a strategic recruitment partner to hiring managers and leadership, providing market insights, guidance, and best practices
- Lead recruitment projects from role definition and sourcing strategy through offer, closing, and onboarding
- Proactively source top-tier talent using advanced, creative sourcing methodologies across multiple channels
- Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines and communities for current and future hiring needs
- Use data and recruitment analytics to identify trends, optimize processes, and support informed hiring decisions
- Drive continuous improvement of recruitment workflows, tools, and candidate experience
- Act as a key ambassador of Sunbit’s employer brand in the market
- 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in high-tech / technology-driven companies
- Proven experience recruiting for a wide range of roles, with a strong emphasis on technological and product roles
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working closely with senior hiring managers
- High-level expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing & automation tools, professional communities, forums, and social platforms
- Experience conducting in-depth frontal HR interviews and leading complex hiring processes
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, positive, can-do attitude
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- Experience working with Comeet – nice to have
