We are looking for a CRM Dynamics Systems Analyst to join a leading team, working closely with both business and technology stakeholders in a dynamic and advanced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and define business requirements for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (365)

• Write functional and technical specification documents (User Stories / BRD / HLD – as needed)

• Work closely with end users, business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and IT

• Support end-to-end development processes – from requirements gathering through production go-live

• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support system implementation, and conduct user training as needed

• Work on cross-organizational business processes and continuously improve the system

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst in information systems (required – Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365)

• Experience in defining screens, processes, permissions, workflows, and business rules – an advantage

• Ability to work with multiple interfaces, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and strong independence

• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to lead processes end to end
