Data Analyst - AI

As we continue our rapid growth, our data team is making a bold shift to become an AI-first data organization. We are actively investing in:

• AI-powered “data analyst” agents that automate classic analytical workflows.
• Rich contextual layer across our data warehouse and lake
• Consolidation: Aligning our many brands into one single source of truth; re-defining metrics across the company
  
  

• Own and drive data initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition through execution and measurable impact
• Design and automate classic data analysis workflows using SQL, BI tools, and AI-driven approaches
• Partner closely with product, operations, and leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into data solutions
• Build, maintain, and evolve KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and contextual data layers that support fast, high-quality decisions
• Proactively surface insights, opportunities, and risks - not just when asked, but ahead of time
• Contribute to the development and adoption of AI-powered data analyst agents and analytical automation frameworks
• Continuously improve how data is modeled, contextualized, and consumed across the organization
  
  

• Proven record of automating classic data work (analysis, reporting, monitoring - a must
• Demonstrated ability to move the needle: clear examples of data work that led to measurable business outcomes
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics engineering or similar role
• Strong SQL skills
• Solid understanding of information systems
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
• Strong business acumen, ownership mindset, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment
  
  

• Experience with dbt cloud
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation
• Experience with statistical modeling or applied data science
• Background in travel, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses
