Campaign Manager - PPC

PPC Campaign Manager | Fattal Hotel Group | Tel-Aviv

Fattal Hotel Group is looking for an experienced, creative, and data-driven PPC Campaign Manager to join our Digital Performance Team and take ownership of large-scale performance campaigns.

• Hands-on management of PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube & Display
• Building, managing, and optimizing full-funnel campaigns (acquisition & remarketing)
• Ongoing performance analysis and optimization based on data insights
• Working with analytics tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
• Creating reports and turning data into actionable insights
• Identifying growth opportunities and driving performance improvements
• Collaborating with Creative, Automation, Content, and Data teams
• Staying up to date with platform updates, trends, and new channels

• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience managing performance campaigns across multiple platforms
• Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Experience with complex Google Search campaigns – an advantage
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven thinking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in B2C / eCommerce / Tourism or Hospitality – an advantage
• Very good English
