Technical Support Operator –Dashboard Room

Utron is looking for a Technical Support Operator to join our Global Dashboard Room.

In this role, you will operate and support cutting-edge automated parking systems, providing real-time service to clients across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate control and automation systems in real time
• Identify malfunctions and provide Tier 1 remote technical support to U.S.-based clients
• Troubleshoot issues using advanced dashboards and automation tools
• Interact with industrial control systems, including PLCs, as part of the troubleshooting process
• Escalate complex technical cases to engineering teams when needed
• Document events and collaborate with internal R&D and support teams
• Full training provided by Utron, with the possibility of on-site training in the U.S.
  
  

• Strong technical orientation and logical thinking – must
• High-level English – written and verbal communication – must
• Availability for a full-time position: Sunday–Thursday, 07:00–15:00 + Friday morning (every other week)
• Occasional availability for evening shifts (15:00–23:00), when necessary
• Self-motivated, responsible, and independent, with a strong “can-do” attitude
• Relevant technical background – advantage (Technician, Practical Engineer, etc.)
