What You’ll Be Spending Your Time On

Work with different stakeholders in the company, such as Operations, BizDev, Product, Tech and Program Managers.
Provide accurate and user-friendly data models, insight, reports, and dashboards.
Analyze data, track operation performance, alert and analyze abnormal trends.
Deliver ad-hoc reports and in depth analyses.

Have you done this kind of stuff?

Degree in Industrial Engineering /Statistics/Software Engineering/computer science / Mathematics or another quantitative field
2+ years working experience as a Data Analyst or equivalent academic experience.
Highly experienced with SQL.
2+ Experience building dashboards in with visualization platforms - Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.
Experience working with Python, with focus on Pandas-advantage!

Soft Skills

Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills, as well as business understanding.
Strong communication skills, independent, proactive, detail-oriented with can-do attitude.
Eager to learn and self-educated
Working in an international environment, fluent English
Experience with data modelling, BI/ETL development.
Experience working in cloud environments (Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery).
Experience in Financial Services or FinTech companies
Experience working with operational KPI Metrics
