Role Description

We are seeking a Product Monetization Manager to join our team in Israel. This full-time, on-site role involves managing and optimizing monetization strategies for our suite of mobile games. Responsibilities include analyzing in-game economy trends, designing in-app purchase strategies, collaborating with the product and marketing teams to maximize revenue, and monitoring player behavior for opportunities to enhance retention and revenue generation. The role also requires regular performance reporting and strategic recommendations to drive monetization success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product monetization, revenue management, or a similar role within the gaming or mobile app industry.
• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, in-game economy modeling, and performance reporting.
• Solid understanding of in-app purchase strategies, player behavior, and user engagement.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development.
• Proficiency in tools and platforms for data visualization and analytics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to deliver strategic insights effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Game Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Passion for gaming and familiarity with social or casino games is a plus.
