Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a motivated and people-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team at CodeValue.

In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer stage. You’ll also take part in employer branding initiatives, help strengthen our presence in the tech community, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to attract top talent.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment (E2E) process for technological positions.
• Conduct proactive sourcing across multiple platforms and channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in C++ development
• Experience building distributed software systems
• Strong self-learning skills and team collaboration capabilities
• Deep understanding of software architecture and complex system design
• Experience with real-time systems / control systems – significant advantage
• Familiarity with communication protocols and interfaces – advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally
