Email & SMS Marketing Manager JB-4808

Our company located in Raanana is looking for an Email & SMS Marketing Manager with data and creative capabilities to fully manage our retention channels.

The role includes building an LTV strategy, creating smart automations and increasing revenue from repeat customers, while maintaining the brand's unique Tone of Voice.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management (Email & SMS): Building and managing a monthly mailing Gantt combined with valuable content and storytelling.

Automations: Establishing and optimizing critical customer journeys (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Win-Back, etc.).

Segmentation and Personalization: Smart audience segmentation based on data and user behavior to increase conversion rates.

SMS Channel Management: Daily optimization, VIP launches and direct promotions.

Data and CRO: Daily monitoring of key metrics (OR, CTR, Revenue), A/B execution Testing and improving deliverability. Analyzing RFM and LTV reports.

Experience: 3+ years in managing email marketing in e-commerce (required).

Platforms: Full control of Klaviyo. Familiarity with Shopify and Yotpo (significant advantage).

English: Very high level (writing and reading) – required.

Data: High analytical ability, drawing conclusions from numbers and love for Excel.

Creative and AI: Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop and use of contemporary AI tools (a big advantage for independent work).
