Do you have experience with TikTok campaigns?
We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Marketing Specialist to join our team and support multi-brand campaigns from concept to execution. You’ll play a key role in bringing products to market, managing day-to-day campaign operations, analyzing performance, and coordinating between internal teams, licensors, and partners to ensure smooth and impactful marketing delivery.
This is a full-time, on-site position, located in the Tel Aviv District.
Working hours are Monday-Thursday from 9:00-18:00, plus Fridays from 8:00-16:00.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute go-to-market campaigns across multiple brands and platforms (Meta, YouTube, influencers, events, TikTok and more).
- Support the development of marketing plans, product launches, and brand strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Track and analyze marketing and digital performance data to identify trends, measure success, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and unique selling points (USPs) for each brand.
- Manage content production timelines and coordinate between creative, product, and sales teams to ensure campaigns meet deadlines.
- Oversee approvals with licensors, partners, and customers, maintaining consistent brand alignment and messaging.
- Collaborate on social media content, influencer briefs, and creative assets, ensuring strong visual and verbal storytelling.
- Stay up to date with marketing trends, digital tools, and platform updates to help evolve campaign strategies.
- Take ownership of individual marketing tasks and projects as assigned, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing specialist, digital marketing, or campaign management (consumer goods or entertainment industry – an advantage).
- Experience with TikTok campaigns - Must
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs; ability to interpret data and optimize accordingly.
- Experience using digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Studio,TikTok ads etc.).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and familiarity with analytics tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (native or near-native level), both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Advantages: familiarity with Canva, AI marketing tools, and copywriting.
- Availability to work Monday–Friday.
