About the Role We are looking for a highly technical, hands-on Technical PPC & AdTech Specialist to build, operate, and scale advanced acquisition infrastructures across Google Ads and other media platforms. In this role, you will own the full technical stack behind our campaigns: from creating compliant digital assets (domains, sites, accounts) through building and optimizing campaigns, to implementing scripts, APIs, and automation that allow us to operate at scale. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to turn ideas into robust, measurable acquisition machines. Key Responsibilities: Account & Infrastructure - Set up, create and manage new Gmail/Google accounts. Purchase and configure domains, hosting, and SSL.
Create and build websites on various hosting platforms that are in line with Google and IAB polices. Campaign Building & Media Operations: Open and configure new Google Ads accounts (and MCCs) and prepare them for scaling. Propose suitable advertiser verticals and offers to promote in each account. Create creatives (or manage service providers) aligned with policy and performance goals. Automation, QA & Scripting: Implement and maintain Google Ads scripts (e.g., 404 landing-page error detection and notifications, daily). Set up monitoring, alerting, and reporting flows that highlight issues in real time. Scaling & Innovation Design processes and tools to automate repetitive tasks and enable scaling across many accounts and assets. Research and integrate additional platforms
Requirements:
2–4+ years of hands-on experience in PPC / Google Ads, preferably in performance / lead-gen / e-commerce or AdTech environments. Strong technical orientation: comfortable with domains, hosting, SSL, basic DNS, and tracking. Experience with: Google Ads (Display, targeting, exclusions, IP-targeting, budgeting). Google Ads Scripts and/or basic scripting (JavaScript / Python) – advantage. APIs (Google Ads API) – advantage. Familiarity with VPNs, proxies, virtual numbers, and privacy-preserving setups – a plus. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset; able to design ROI-positive media plans on small budgets. High level of written documentation: structured, organized, and clear. Excellent English (written & spoken).
