Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud Specialist – 4484
Looking to combine technology, data, and advanced digital marketing?
We’re looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud Specialist to join a team working on smart customer journeys, data-driven solutions, and large-scale implementations.
What will you do?
• Design and lead end-to-end customer journeys and audience strategies
• Implement journeys, automations, and content in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Build audiences, data models, and integrate data sources in Data Cloud
• Manage multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, and more)
• Work closely with CRM, ERP, Data, and IT teams
• Perform testing, QA, and quality control before go-live
What are we looking for?
• At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
• Experience in system analysis and business requirements gathering
• Experience building complex, multi-channel customer journeys
• Strong hands-on experience with Email and SMS campaigns
• Very high level of English
